extremely lag, memory leaks, and freezes

for ever a week, the game would lag here and there very badly and even worst with every new patch. I checked my internet and restart my computer as well as any programs is running but i would get 200-600 ping on average and 15k ping at worst. this recent patch causes my game to freeze up more often and longer as game progresses.

what the hell are you guys doing? before a few weeks ago, I had no problem...but now its always a problem. if its not broken then dont touch it. i should be compensated for all the lost games and demotions caused game infrastructural failures.
