Forced to queue.

Was stuck in a queue and after having someone dick dodge after everyone had locked in and now I tried to cancel queue as soon as a match found message appeared, which got declined. I was unable to cancel the queue, the button just didn't respond. Then after declining another match it canceled the match for me. But still this encounter was disturbing.
