MSI VODs aren't working for Watch and Learn 2 Quest

We are not getting the "watch reward is properly set up" message for MSI VODs for today. The quest doesn't advance.

Edit: I found a workaround. Watching the VODs for the Play In Knockouts (PVB vs VEG) games worked where watching the Group Stage Day 1 games didn't. The Play In Knockouts games show the "watch reward is correctly set up" message, the Group Stage Day 1 games don't.

I actually got the "set up properly message" on two videos today that I watched this morning. Logged into League tonight and saw it still says 0/3 watched.

It's bad enough they're only giving essence for watching MSI during the MSI event that has event currency, but telling people they'll be rewarded for tuning in, reassuring them that they're set up properly, and still not properly tracking views is kinda ridiculous.

I know there are folks who are all "it's free, don't complain about Riot giving you stuff when you don't have to" but my TIME is not free and that's what they're asking people to give them.

I wasn't even paying attention to that but I checked and I'm not getting credit, either. Good catch.

Had that problem with Watch and Learn 2. Just kept watching videos until it randomly worked.

Now, I've legit watched 4 full games from Fri-Sat and nothing is registering for Watch and Learn 3.

Can we get a fix, Riot?

I forgot to disable my ad blocker when i "watched" the games for the first time. After disabling it works fine. I use firefox. Chrome has an inbuilt ad blocker, so maybe this is a problem?

This would explain why its sometimes working. Like other tracking tools I know, the ad blocker isn't 100 % pretending it, but it's never safe to track while activated.
