I'm on (6/10), but now I got the original Howl of Noxus quest in addition to my Howl of Noxus (6/10) quest.

This is the make-up mission riot added because of the missions disappearing a couple days ago. They are just compensating you for the tokens you lost, so you get extra 10 tokens to make up for it.
