[Gameplay] Bard chroma

1.) Buy the chroma pack for Bard 2.) Go to team builder 3.) Select Bard and one of his chroma's 4.) Load into game and chroma wont be on. 100% duplicate rate out of the EDIT: 2 (3) games I played him. Will keep trying more.

Tried it in my past two games and I was not able to get it to work. If it helps I selected the Blue one both times.
