Game Failed to Connect and Client Is Broken [Client]

I started up a game and began to load it up. All normal so far. But then my game crashed and I got an error asking if I wanted to make a crash dump. I went to reconnect but was not directed to the reconnect page in the client. No button or anything. As shown in the attached screenshot link, the client says that I'm in game, but all I see is the homepage with the top button bar totally missing. Multiple client restarts and a PC restart did not fix this. I had to wait until my teammates remade the game, after which my client returned to normal. I was marked as a leaver, but did not get an extended queue time so am not sure what happened there. Currently queuing up for attempt at playing #2.
