Ashe Q Active Works Against Structures

I was playing Ashe in a custom game against bots to mess around with stats and builds, when I noticed that the flurry of arrows on her auto attacks after activating Q worked against both turrets and inhibitors. This was made impossible in patch 5.11 and hasn't been in the patch notes since, so I'm assuming that it's a bug with the marksman update.

didn't they mention something about it? you can't build stacks against turrets but you can activate it if you have 5 and you wont ever lose stacks while autoing
