[Client] Log In Error When Internet is fine.

Attempting to log in creates the error message "We couldnt connect to the server. Please check your internet connection and VPN settings"

All other online games, and internet activities are working fine. Posting this message also went through fine. Its only League. Can't seem to log in.

I have the same issue. I haven't been able to login to League for a week or more. I know we are not the only ones affected. It only happened when their new patch went live, and I cannot update even with hextech repair tool. Doing a clean install doesn't work either since the installer tries to connect to the internet, but cannot. Internet is fine though.
