Ever since patch 4.18, Singed's fling has not been performing as intended. Instead of flinging target directly overhead to the opposite side of singed, occasionally the target will be flung in a random direction from where he is flung from, sometimes even away from the singed. This bug needs to be fixed immediately as it is making singed unplayable fairly.
I have posted a thread like this INUMEROUS times. Riot still didn't even notice it. It is so gamebreaking that is stupid

I know exactly what you mean, I've been a Singed main since season 1, and this bug has annoyed me. A lot of times if you fling near or parallel to a wall, he will fling them either to the opposite side of the wall, or they will land directly in front of him or the fling won't cast to the full radius and basically just get picked up without a full fling. However there is times when you aren't near any walls or objects, and the fling will still glitch. really hoping they figure this out but it's not something major enough for me to quit playing him. but there is times when it's crucial and you need his E to work properly

AGREED. It makes the move completely useless, as the champ I target just goes up and down from its position, instead of a more convenient positioning for the team. May or may not have decided the outcome of the game.
