Patch 4.18, Singed FLING Glitch

Since the arrival of this patch, Singed's fling will sometimes fling his target in random directions (ignoring the position of Singed to Target X), or just simply fling to serve as a stationary knock up on his enemy, instead of fling to toss the target overhead and on to the opposite side of Singed from the initial point.
