Katarina Bug

I was playing Katarina in a game and about half-way through the game i was doing really well, I died to lee sin trying to take down the outer mid lane turret and after i respawned i went back into lane to try and defend my turret. I was trying to clear a wave of minions and i noticed that no matter how many times i tried to use my Q it wouldn't work. I then tried to log out and log back in to fix the problem, that didn't work, I then tried to finish the game as best i could ( we won btw.) and when a team fight broke out in the river and i did my best to contribute where i could i used my E to jump to someone and used my W but when i tried to use my ult it wouldnt work either so litterally all i could use was my W and E on kat. I became virtually useless. Ju st wanted to share this problem so maybe someone can stop it from happening in the future.
