This may be a bug or not im not sure i need a few opinions on it

I was testing some combos on Yasuo, and i think i may have found a bug but i am not sure i hope i can explain this well enough so its you guys can understand.. So heres the scenario: You have your 3rd Q ready to knock up a single target, you throw your Q to knock up the target then E Q to the target Ult and end the ult with another Q:. shouldent you have another knock up since u landed two Q's in a row? or am i miss understanding somthing? i think it may be a bug, but im not 100% sure
