Diana Passive Bug. {GAMEPLAY}

Long time lurker at the forums here, but I have been noticing something with Diana that never seems to have been changed, despite it being changed on other champions (that I keep forgetting to report because I don't see Diana all that often)

Jarvans Passive was removed from damaging towers some patches ago. (This one is the main one)

Kennens Passive doesn't work on towers when fully charged. Mundo can no longer damage towers with his ability.

Why does Dianas Passive work against towers exactly? Not only is it stronger than Jarvans, but works against structures too. I'm not sure whether this is intended (it really shouldn't be, since Jarvans Passive (and many other champions) doesn't work on structures/towers either) or not, but should probably be fixed.

Because it is a very key reason to pick Diana. A core part of Diana's champion identity is her unique roll as an AP Assassin thing that can splitpush as well as an AD. Taking that away makes her an akali with less sustain and fewer dashes.

This isn't a bug. The damage to towers is halved, and she has been able to do this to towers since her release.
