[Client] Ranked 3's Lobby Bug

After finishing a game of ranked 3's on twisted treeline, you are unable to invite people on your ranked team to another game of ranked 3's. They do not appear as online in the invite list, no matter who on the team tries to create the lobby.

To recreate this bug:

1. Queue up with 3 people on a ranked team for ranked 3's
2. Play the game until completion
3. Have everyone leave the post game results
4. Hit Play
5. Selected ranked 3's on twisted treeline
6. Try to invite (good luck)

This reoccurs every time I have played ranked 3's so far in the last month or so. In order to play again you have to restart the client
