Overload doesn't spread to enemies affected with spell flux through a minion who is targeted by TP

Title is pretty self explanatory I think. See video in link-- Minion was affected by spell flux, as was draven behind the minion. I Q'd the minion, and the Q didn't bounce to draven. My first q in the video did spread to draven, but that was from the minions flanking the TP minion. You can see that the TP minion still has spell flux. I cast spell flux again, and it also did not travel to draven, it just fizzled, nor did the following Q.

I know minions can't be damaged or moved when they are being TP'd to, but this is neither of those things.
