Bug Revealing vision of entire enemy's position

Hello,

Over the past 2 month i think i have had this bug about 20 times when i am dying or in certain situations i can see the entire team and their position in the FOG OF WAR. Occurs for a few seconds on a game for like 2 secs. Does not occur every game but has occured consistently enough for me to think it is a bug and making sure that i am not confusing it for fog of war. I see them in their fountain when we have not taken mid turret or where exactly they are. While i have not able to take advantage of this situation or not been skilled enough but i think this is a game breaking bug and i think this may be not my client problem because i have reinstalled the league client again and this is occurring on mac as well. I use Windows 10. I hope a dev can see my post and i could be able to provide screenshots for next time but has this ever occured to anyone else? The only thing i kind of remember is i remember in those games i have lux as my opponent i do not think that has anything to do with it though.

Can someone else confirm that as well?

I can confirm this, I actually forgot about the entire thing cuz it hasnt been happening for a while.

A small area (a circular area, slightly smaller than ward area i think) lights up on the map briefly, showing all enemy champion positions in their fountains. However, the vision does not move with the enemy champion, as the particular area that got "lighted up" remains static and dissappears after 1~2 seconds.

At first i thought our TF was ulting. And then I realized we dont have one on our team.

For me, it only happened when they were in or near the fountain (within their base walls.) Not sure if it can occur when they're in the jungle or something as well.

I can also confirm this. I've had this bug the entire time I have played league. I just assumed it was a part of the game and not a bug. I hope riot resolves this issue it provides a very unfair advantage. I find this glitch mainly occurs with this specific item item 3340.
