looking for a team from bronze V to bronze I

I am looking to play with people who believe are stuck in elo hell preferably 20+ aged people or more. I am just tired of people constantly dodging in champion select, flaming , remaking and carrying over their favorite champions being banned. I am looking for people who are looking to have fun and win or lose enjoy playing with each other and do not want to get back at enemy champion if you do not understand his/her composition or how much ap/ad damage per second they do early game just because they get an early kill ahead in lane. I am looking for people who understands

1. Always buys a pink ward, and use farsight alteration or trinklets depending upon enemy and clearing wards.

2. Objectives - If a split pusher is almost getting the their top inhibitor turret , no use of teamfighting 4v5 in front of drake which is already lost. Going to lane minions over an already lost turret when one could have pushed mid turret. Going for elder drag for teamfight when we have no elemental drakes to begin with and with the damage we could take baron by the time. People who like to take a lot of objectives in the game. People who have a wide pool of champions preferably minimum of 7 each in their preffered two roles.

3. Team Composition. - Someone who understands team composition 2 tanks, 1jg/assasinap mid/variable champion/ ad carry/ap carry or knowing when to use their champs, when to go in as rengar, fizz, lissandra or different champs when you cannot initiate or initiate but needs to come in between or at the end of teamfight. Sometimes a slow of braum to the one focusing our ad carry or face of the mountain shield by support is difference between a game winning teamfight.

4. Someone who knows the value of understanding item builds and how 500 gold impacts early game. At level 6 if one mid laner has not gone to base and the other one has .. pushing a bit too far will likely result in getting a combo kill for enemy with their ignite.

5. People who constantly look at minimap or signal their teammates properly and teammates who respond to pings.

6. People who can prioritize objectives. When what to do next . If you are travelling from mid to lane and minion waves are not that great take monsters on the way.

7. When to engage - when to disengage. If a fed team member reveals top of the map and we are 4 and can take apart 3 in their bot lane engage and surround them right away. After getting objectives and using resources (ULT + MANA + HEALTH) know to recall.

8. People who understand in top or mid lane that 2 kills ahead means one shotting your enemy without the right magic resist or armor+health to a one shot combo.(not one shot always but u know what i mean)

9. people who understand where enemy jgler is.

10. people who don't check unwarded territory by visiting it to locations where enemy got missing recently.

11. Most important- people who do not chase enemy into unwarded territory if enemy team is not dead.

12. People who do not take enemy cc composition lightly to engage. 12 . People who preferrably watch esports.

13. People who do not constantly ping minimap for assistance from jglers and flame for not ganking when jg is clearly on far jg. But also jg who knows the difference between potential kill.

14. people who evaluate farming and pushing lanes with potential kills. As a mid laner how much cs would u lose if you gank top and fail against a mid laner who is even with you.

15. Bot laners who do not excessive farm too much in their lane and do not roam when they are pushing. But also not roam when they are likely to lose gold and objectives and gain nothing form the roam. Someone who knows how to pressure

I know that sounds top of the rock bs and sometimes i do not do any of the things that i have mentioned above. It is hard to say but difficult to do .But i want to have fun with people who understands what i wrote above and take each deafeat and lane matchup as a learning experience. We are in bronze because we do not have the right champion mechanics but atleast we can have the correct objectives.
