Both me and my duo partner randomly disconnected from game

We are 5 minutes into the game and we literally got the "reconnecting to game", our network connections are fully functional. Every time we tried reconnecting the client either froze on black loading screen or popped up with an unable to reconnect, check your network connection. I do not have antivirus nor firewall blocking the game. Have never had this in the longest time.
