Two people in my solo Q?

I have no friends with me, and i dont think this affects the game. There is a bug where after i crashed in champ select, it came back into the champ select in time to not get an abandon, that isnt the bug. After that game I go to make another solo Q lobby and it has my spot (the center person where you pick your positions) as blank, and to my left is me? I can apparently kick me, give myself permission to invite people, or make me host of the lobby lol. Again, dont think it is game breaking, just a visual thing id thought id bring up.
