Cant queue Draft Pick

Okay, so this all started when I found a match of Normal(Draft Pick) Today. When we got into champion select, the third person to ban was typing in chat saying that it wouldn't let him ban anyone. As he said that, the timer for him to ban hit 0, but it didn't send people back to queue. Everyone was typing in chat and wondering what was happening but essentially we each had to dodge the queue separately. After I restarted the client and logged back in, I tried making a new Normal(Draft Pick) Party. But now i keep getting stuck at it trying to form the lobby where i can invite people but saying "Please Wait" and having the loading circle for a while. After about 30 seconds max it kicks me out back into the main screen. Has anyone else had this issue? I've tried going onto separate computers but it continues. Any Idea? Already submitted to support but it takes them so long to respond and id like to play tonight. Thanks for your help and time :)
