Hextech Tab Causes Numerous Random Issues

Hextech is causing numerous issues after I go into it ranging from random crashes to the client UI disappearing or not working randomly. I am getting tired or the dodge penalties because of something that is not my fault. Recent example is I'm trying to lock in a champion, pressing LOCK IN for the whole timer and nothing happenign resulting in LP loss and a nice 10 minute timer.

Please fix this.
