Hecarim "e" Devastating Charge does not work

So apparently since new patch cannot use his e [Devastating Charge] for speeding up then ult and then knock back target. This rly bothers me since i mostly play Heca and it was one of his best initiation moves... Devastating Charge to ult behind enemy and then knock them towards your team... As form what i have tested i noticed that his Devastating Charge icon above abilities disappear's Immediately after using ult... pls take a look
