Hecarim - problem since 6.1 patch

So apparently since new patch cannot use his e [Devastating Charge] for speeding up then ult and then knock back target. This rly bothers me since i mostly play Heca and it was one of his best initiation moves, just to ult behind enemy adc or what ever squishy champ and then knock them towards your team... As form what i have tested i noticed that his Devastating Charge icon above abilities disappear's Immediately after using ult... pls take a look
