Client Freezing at Champ select and Camera getting stuck on center locked mode

So ive been frequently experience two quite annoying bugs. One causes the camera to get stuck on locked mode and no ammount of rebind the key or anything will fix it until i completely restart the client.

The other bug is when i get into champ select my client will freeze and become unresponsive.

I'm on a brand new PC w/ windows 10 and more than enough computing power to handle the game.

I cant seem to reproduce these bugs but they do plague me quite often.
