Nunu turn-around [GAMEPLAY]

As I play nunu I noticed that every once in a while when I use his ability "Ice Blast" the champion turns around and throws it through himself. The ability still hits, it is just a visual bug that I have noticed. Often it happens when I am running and stop then start running to chase and use the ability. This has happened a few times for me. I think at least once a game.

1. Play nunu
2. Chase a champion (maybe optional, I am not for sure)
3. Use "Ice Blast" (e)
4. nunu may turn around and use it behind himself and it goes through him.

I wish I had a picture or video clip but I could not find out how to re-watch a game to screen shot, Which I do not think is possible anyways. (also another thought, It may be a specific item that does it. Here is my usual build for jungle nunu: with

Again I apologize for not having pictures and thank you for your time. Again this does not effect the damage or slow (that I have seen) but it does bother me visually.

Edit: I see that it happens mainly when you Have a speed buff or flash and use it. I could not get a video to work to put on here but I will work on a picture.
