Game randomly ended

I was playing a normal game and out of nowhere I disconnected. First thing I did was close out and check my connection, no issues there. Then I closed out and opened the client and there was no reconnect screen, just your average screen with the shop and what-not. What exactly happened? It's not appearing in my match history either.
