[CLIENT]- Pre-Game Loading Screen

I joined a blind match on 2/16/2015 at 1:25a.m. And after champion selection, the game was about to go to loading screen but screen never came up. Icon stays in bottom right corner. When I click on it the client with "reconnect" pops up but when I press it nothing happens it just minimizes the icon to bottom tray.
