Reporting a Bug for Client

I joined a blind pick game today 2/16/2015 at 1:25a.m. and after champ selection it never opened game loading screen? Also when I tried pressing icon in bottom tray it would bring up client with "reconnect" button. But When pressed it would just mimize client in bar and not load anything.
