Sejuani bug

Hi, I play league a lot and I have actually seen this bug a couple of times and is quite annoying. It hasnt affected me to much but it is quite annoying to deal with when i am trying to contest scuttle and this happens. What happens is that when i use my e ability on scuttle crab it actually doesnt activate the first time and resets me having to auto 4 times to get the stack which is quite annoying because i already did it the first time. I only have the problem when i am doing scuttle for the most part. It is quite irritating because I am trying to secure it for drake or baron and then it my strongest ability for monsters wont activate.
