reconnect button is not there when i was in a game already. (gameplay)

(https://www.scribd.com/document/350233844/League-Bug) (2nd image) I was in the middle of my promo game, when randomly i got a attempting to reconnect, i waited about 2 mins then i checked to see if my connection was down. I attempted to open up regular websites to test my connection like google and youtube and it seemed to work perfectly fine so then i left the game to try to reconnect from there. When i did that, the reconnect button wasnt there so I figured maybe i should exit my client and load it up again. Tried that and it took me to the main menu again and no reconnect sign. i checked my op.gg to see if the game was still going and it is. I dont know what to do, I even reset my entire computer and still nothing. its as if the entire game just disappeared. This better not count as a lost to promos, im already struggling with my mmr being low, the last thing i need is when im on a streak i lose cause of a bug. hopefully some1 will get back to this. this is the first time this issue has happened but looking on reddit and discussions posted today i doubt that im the only one experiencing this bug.
