[Gameplay] Soraka bot Bug Howling Abyss, behavior and item purchases, patch 7.1

1. Load up any custom game on howling abyss with Soraka on the enemy team, (she can be either difficulty although it might happen more often on intermediate)
2. Chunk her to below half health (you might need to go lower if on easier difficulty, also the source of damage doesn't matter it can be from her w cost as well)
3. maybe 80% of the time she will walk backwards out of immediate agro range and stop moving. she does not respond to further damage or champion proximity except occasionally reverting to normal at the ghost/flash health trigger on intermediate difficulty.

I'm thinking the AI is outdated or something, she could be trying to recall but I'm not sure. She also purchased home guard boots, filthy cheater. Edit: didn't even realize the doran's items till I saw another post but yeah.
