[GAMEPLAY] HP regen set precision mistake? (catalyst and visage)

The regen numbers are displaying to some really low decimals. http://i.imgur.com/oSquIaX.png

To reproduce, buy catalyst , and then visage , any toggle cost ability seems to cause the bug... It seems to display to 14 digits which is a bit much and could be a clarity issue. I tested with Karthus and Singed and it works with both their toggles. Have a nice day and if I can do anything to greater assist you let me know!
