[CLIENT] Featured Games no longer shows Ranked games to spectate since New Champion Select

Just as the title says; ever since the new champion select was enabled, the Featured Games on the front page of the client doesn't show Ranked games to spectate anymore, just Normal (Blind Pick) and ARAM.

I'd like to be able to watch the Ranked games again; they're always diamond-tier and above matches, so I like watching them to see what's trending in that scene and get ideas for champs to play and builds.

I've been curious about this as well.

The very first time the new (and still buggy) champion select was implemented, ranked games never showed up in the Featured Games section; it was always ARAM or Normal (Blind Pick). Then suddenly a few days afterwards, ranked games suddenly popped back up again and ran normally for about a week or so. Since a couple of days ago though, they have vanished yet again and I have yet to find any specific info as to why. =/

I really hope we'll be able to spectate ranked games again, it was fun and I was able to learn new things about champions that way. Now all I can do is see ARAM and the occasional normal blind pick.

You can still watch ranked games, just go to the challenger tier list, look for the eye and right click and spectate, ez as that :)

Featured matches have been MIA for a while. What's going on? Will they return? If so, what is the process/timeline? If not, why not?
