i cant accept a match

i was on a low priority queue, i match popup prompted in my screen twice and i accepted it twice. 3rd time i couldnt click it(seriously, it was grayed out!!)... come ONNN riot, fix your spaghetti client. I am using the mac client on my imac 5k.

(edit: it's not a one time bug, it happens usually)
