After banning phase the ability to pick a champion never came up

After the bans were done I was first pick. The screen to pick a champion never came up, there was no button to click to bring it up. Basically I was forced to dodge which sucks because ranked and it counted as an auto loss in my promos. Legit had no way to avoid that and I'm sad.
