BUG: Game still active after enemy surrendered. Cannot start new game.
My character g0rkster on NA is stuck. I won a game a while ago with the enemy team surrendering. I got the Victory sign followed with the page to wait for stats. I waited a while for the stats but the didn't come, so I canceled it. When I tried to start a new game it said that I am currently in a game.

When I spectate that game no character is moving and minions are attacking but nothing happens. Clearly the game instance did not close cleanly after the surrender. It prevents me from starting a new game on the NA server.
