[Client][BUG] joining game lobby sounds

I failed to login the client 4 times as usual, but one time when it ave me the screen it sounded like a clicked play. After i logged into the client it made the countdown sound as if i were running out of time to pick my champ. Then a few minutes later i heard the sound that it makes when it's my turn to pick a champion in champ select. This was all while sitting on the main screen of the client. I touched nothing once i logged in. I received no penalty or anything of that sort.

Repro steps: ( havn't tried to repro so i am not sure of it's repro rate if any)

1. open league of legends
2. click launch
3. login
4. fail login (happens a whole lot)
5. hear the sound client makes when you click play
6. hear the countdown sound
7. hear pick turn sound
8. ????
