[Client] Unresponsive in Champion Select

Somewhat reproducible. This has happened to me 3 times since coming back to league about a week ago.

Just queue up dynamic queue, ranked soloQ. Immediately after hearing the audio of champs entering the lobby, freeze. Unresponsive client. Penalty to me.
