URGOT S RANK VVITH NO CHEST (PAST POSTS AND CONTACT FOR HELP IN POST)
I got a 21/4/2 game as Urgot only, vvhen I finished, I got no chest. I thought maybe you could only get one chest per champion S ran, but then I found an article by the user : "Bacon Is GREAT". This user described a similar bug, except vvith Jinx. I also found another, by : "HeHexDNeNelsooN" in vvhich he as vvel had not recieved an S rank lootbox. I am not angry, nor do I believe these users are as vvell, note that I don't represent them. If anyone could please explain, I vvould like to understand vvhat I, and or these users have done vvrong. And if this is a bug, I vvould like to help Riot calmly, and effectively fix this vvithout hassle. Please message me on : (https://discord.gg/GuK8J4)

Requirements : I am not banned, I had no que time penalty at the day of the match, I had vvon an S rank in a day or tvvo prior as Urgot, and I bought Urgot. I can prove the first, and third point by both my profile (first), and the fact that both he is shovv in my collection, and the fact that I played Urgot after he vvas no longer in the free champion rotation at that time.
