I had an end game bug.

I was playing Twitch on Summoners Rift and at the end, when we won, I was stuck. The animations would play and it was stuck. The client remained unclosable, and unresponsive. Only asking me to either "Leave" or "Surrender". I tried clicking, and the screen did not respond, but the mouse icon followed my movements. Because of this, I lost both the XP and gained a penalty on the matchmaking timer. This as well, made the game uncloseable, causing me to have to restart my computer entirely.
