SOLUTION! (PVP.Net Not Responding [Step by step SOLUTION])

I've tweaked through my stuff and found the best way and more Steps to Completely fix this problem. Open Task Manager> PROCESSES (Optional).

Open up Installer Re-install Program ( Remove old program )

Once LoL has a shortcut created.

RIght-click >Open Properties Compatibility On the Bottom>CLICK or Turn on; Run Program as Administrator>Apply

Re-open The Game shortcut ( Recommended )

LoL will load; now go to Task Manager and find ( PvP.net Patcher Kernel ) You Won't miss it!! Right-Click>Open Properties Compatibility On the Bottom> CLICK or Turn on; RUn Program as Administrator>Apply

Re-open The Game Shortcut Again; You might have to close the first program.. Be patient though, once all those steps are completed your game should work. Best of Luck yo all! :)
