Pvp.Net Not Responding.

After reading all the tips and Helps. Finished all of it. The Pvp.Net still hasn't worked for me. Does any of the Devs have any Comment on this on how to fix this problem? I've tried Re-installing it over and over again because that was the only Option the Lolintaller Provides. After Re-opening the Shortcut to Lol, it still says The Pvp.net is not working. Any suggestions would be helpful! Thank you so much!

If your Pvp.net Kernel is not working here is a solution that could fix your problem!

On the desktop logo right click it then run as administrator.
