So whenever i alt tab out of the loading screen or in game and then go back in it will take 4-7 seconds to load and in the duration of these seconds the only thing i see is a black screen.Also something worth mentioning ive had a post like this before and some send me a reddit link about alt tabing being slow in games basically i did what the post was saying and i worked....only for 1 day the next day it just kept doing its own thing.
I'm not sure what issue they mentioned, but I used to have the problem in the past and remember it was due to something within windows called "focus assist".
How to disable it
On the bottom left of windows, type "focust assist settings" and select the option that comes up
Ensure the notification section is turned off, along with everything under "automatic rules"
