Summoner Icon Bug

Not sure if this is for all Summoner Icons but whenever I put the Death Sworn Icon on after a game it changes back to my previous icon. So it could be either just the death sworn icon or all icons.

I've had this issue too. It keeps reverting my icon to my Little Devil Teemo icon.
