Several Item issues (passives and item sets)

Issue 1: Wicked Hatchet and The Lightbringer both have similar unique passives that aren't named. -Unknown if the effect stacks for 150% bleed damage. if it doesn't, why aren't they named?

Issue 2: Raptor Cloak is a dead-end item on howling abyss. -it doesn't build into anything making it really pointless on abyss due to the removal of Ohmwrecker on the map.

Issue 3: Guardian's Horn and Righteous Glory have REALLY similar stacking actives. -Consider either leaving as is or naming the active.

Issue 4: In Item Sets tab on profile, Entropy is labeled as usable on Summoner's Rift when it isn't.

Issue 5: In Item Sets Tab on profile, Wriggle's Lantern and several Snowdown Items can be added to sets.
