Bugs and crashing since patch 9.14 is at an all time high.

I am constantly crashing during, or right after the loading screen of any match and its insanely frustrating to play ranked when you randomly will have to load late and miss 30 second or more of lane phase. this is unacceptable and you RIOT as a company should be ashamed for not addressing this problem yet.
