[CLIENT] Champ Select Freeze

I've had an issue lately that as I read through the report a bug forum a lot of people are also experiencing. I get in champ select, the timer for someone either picking or banning hits 0, and then it just sits there for a random period of time. Sometimes it will reconnect and I can still pick, others I sit there for 5 minutes and it finally kicks me from champ select for failing to select a champion. I've tried reinstalling LoL, disabling ipv6, turning off my firewall/letting exceptions through, and updating adobe air but no solution I've found searching through google has solved this issue. I tried emailing support and got the generic copy and paste response that I love to receive from you guys, so maybe I can get a real reply if I post it here.
