Client crashes all the time.

I have had so many problems with the client since patch 5.9. It will disconnect from Pvp.net very frequently and I miss Que pops and get penalized for it. Also in champ select the client will quite often just crash and close and I lose LP and get a penalty for joining que again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my client two times now and I still have this issue. Any thoughts or solutions to this problem?

Would like just to add I just uninstalled and reinstalled my client again yesterday and still same problem.

Repaired client multiple times still same problem. It must be a problem from Riot's end. I have a high end computer and this is the only game that gives me any problems. I don't have a virus or anything either.
