Skin unlocked during 5v5 blind pick

While in champ select of a 5v5 summoner's rift blind pick game it said that the Cow Moo skin was unlocked. It wasn't unlocked, I'm just confused on how this happened. If Riot wants to give me the skin i'd be perfectly fine with it, nothing major though.
