I'm missing skins I bought years ago

I remember back when Jaximus came out I bought it immediately because it was the first Jax skin that gave him a real weapon. I remember a conversation I was having the day it came out about how him having a real weapon doesn't match his lore. Was checking through the store at lowest to highest RP and I noticed Jaximus on there. Which is peculiar. I checked the other skins and saw Marquis Vlad which was the only Vlad skin I bought before Soul Stealer came out. I don't play these champs at all anymore so I have no idea when I lost these skins.

They weren't refunds either as I used my refunds on Draven and Soul reaver draven and you only get 2 refunds in your lifetime.

I did just read that Riot disabled skins from people who used illegitimate refer a friend function to get free RP on this board -> https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/cZNg5jM8-missing-skins Also says something about gifted skins from people who got illegitimate free RP but the only skins I was ever gifted were mystery skins and I still have all of those.

I've only referred 2 or 3 people and neither of them played the game enough to get up to w/e level it was they needed so no free RP there.
